We have six full-time, 12 month resident director positions which support our student staff and residents in their college career. Our staff members have completed or are in their final stage of obtaining their master's degree. With their various educational backgrounds, skill sets, and natural talents, which work together to serve the students of the University of Hartford.
Resident directors supervise 8-16 resident assistants, and oversee a community of 300-800 residents. Resident directors report to the Assistant Director for Community Development.
