In each residential community there is a minimum of two resident assistants (RAs) on duty each night. Every area has a RA office and RAs may be contacted via their duty cell phone, which they carry during duty hours. (View RAs contact numbers.) The RA duty hours are Monday through Thursday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 24 hours starting at 7 p.m. on Fridays until 8:30 a.m. on Mondays.
