Special Event Parking Permit Request Form

This form is used to request the creation of a Special Event Dash Parking Permit. University departments and organizations sponsoring private seminars, meetings, or workshops not booked through conferences are requested to fill out the following form.

The division of Parking Services will generate an official parking permit in PDF form that you then can forward to attendees with your acknowledgement of registration packages.  If you have any questions please contact Parking Services at 860.768.7865
