Election Day News Coverage Opportunities: UHart Shuttling Students and Faculty to Polling Places, Election Night Viewing Party

WHAT  “Hawk’s Vote” Shuttle Takes Voters to Polling Places:

The University of Hartford’s Center for Community Service is shuttling students, faculty, and staff to polling places in Hartford and West Hartford, to get out the vote. The organization held several on-campus voter registration drives, where nearly 750 students signed up to vote, many for the first time.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Millard Circle, in front of The Hartt School.

WHAT  Election Night Viewing Party:

UHart organizations and political science students are hosting a viewing party to watch the election results as they come in.
