Lynne Kelly


Lynne Kelly, professor and director of the School of Communication in the University of Hartford's College of Arts and Sciences, teaches courses in group, organizational, and interpersonal communication; communication technologies and relationships; research methods; and a special communication course for shy and apprehensive students.

In the first part of this two-part interview, Kelly talks about communication training for reticent persons, public speaking techniques, and best practices for meetings.
