Avinoam J. Patt, Ph.D., the Philip D. Feltman Professor of Modern Jewish History at the Maurice Greenberg Center for Judaic Studies at the University of Hartford, is assistant director of the Greenberg Center and director of the Museum of Jewish Civilization, which is located in the University's Mortensen Library..

In the second part of this two-part interview, Patt talks about the evolution and history of Jewish languages. He also discusses the broader phenomena of genocide and evil in human experience.
