Students must speak with the UHart International Center and faculty member leading the program to determine if they are able to apply. The student will also need to speak with their home institution to check if the student will be allowed to take the course off campus and if the tuition from the course will transfer back into the home university.

The letter of recommendation, judicial form, and financial agreement can be sent to the Director of the International Center, Nicole Kurker-Stewart at email@example.com. The official transcript can be mailed to Nicole at 200 Bloomfield Avenue, International Center GSU 309, West Hartford, CT 06117.

Once we have received the above materials, we will create a University of Hartford ID for you. This ID will be used to make the required $1000 program deposit, and to pay the remaining program fees. After you've received you UHart ID you will be able to pay the $1000 deposit and remaining program fees. For instructions on payment, please refer to Faculty-Led Short-Term Programs page.
