As you know, for more than five years, the service team of Christopher Monroe, Mary Hilliman, and Andrea Faber from Constitution Advisory group has acted as an extension of the office of Human Resources Development at the University of Hartford, serving an original role of "claim advocate" for University employees and retirees in areas relative to claim dispute issues as well as provide retiree education services.
Since Jan. 1, 2009, Chris Monroe and his team have expanded their role to encompass all aspects of University sponsored retiree benefits programs, serving as a primary representative in providing a full range of administrative services to meet the needs of University's retiree population.
Andrea Faber, Employee Benefits and Customer Service Advocate at Constitution Advisory Group, serves as the direct contact for University retirees for topics including, but not limited to, Medicare benefit coordination, claim resolution support, benefit education, billing inquires, open enrollment support and life insurance benefit inquires.
