The University of Hartford's broker, Constitution Advisory Group, acts as an extension of the office of Human Resources Development. This service team includes Christopher Monroe, Mary Hilliman, and Andrea Faber, who serve in the role of "claim advocate" for University employees and retirees in areas relative to claim dispute issues as well as provide retiree education services.
Additionally, Chris Monroe and his team have expanded their role to encompass all aspects of University sponsored retiree benefits programs, serving as a primary representative in providing a full range of administrative services to meet the needs of University's retiree population.
Andrea Faber, Employee Benefits and Customer Service Advocate at Constitution Advisory Group, serves as the direct contact for University retirees for topics including, but not limited to, Medicare benefit coordination, claim resolution support, benefit education, billing inquires, open enrollment support and life insurance benefit inquires.
