Storm Advisory for Sunday, Jan. 20

A winter storm warning remains in effect for Hartford County until 7 p.m. today. Residential students are asked to postpone their return to campus to Monday afternoon or, for those whose class schedules allow, Tuesday. Students, please do not travel to and arrive on campus today.

Hartt Community Division activities today and this evening are canceled.

Today is Sunday, January 20. Due to inclement weather, all Hartt Community Division activities and performances have been canceled.

ID cards

HCD student ID sampleID cards are issued on request for Community Division students for use at the Allen Music Library and for discounts on tickets to Hartt events. Students are generally eligible to one free ticket to most Hartt events.

Frequently Asked Questions

I registered for HCD activities for the first time. When will I get my ID card?

You will receive your ID card in the mail around a month after your registration has been processed. For new dance students, cards will already be activated to access the café at the HPAC.

I lost my ID card! What do I do?

You will need to visit the ID card office in the Gengras Student Union on the University of Hartford campus to obtain a replacement ID card. There is a $15 fee for replacing your ID card.

I registered before this year and never received an ID card.

You may request a permanent card which you will receive in the mail about a month after your request. We can also provide you with a temporary card. The receptionist at any of our locations can give this to you.

My card doesn’t open the door to the café at the HPAC.

You will need to take your card to the ID card office in the Gengras Student Union for activation.

I would like to access the library/get a ticket for a Hartt event but I have not received my ID card.
