Donor Giving Societies

The University of Hartford relies on gifts from our Giving Societies Members. Gifts may be unrestricted gifts to the Anchor Fund to support the university's most urgent needs or restricted gifts for scholarships, endowments, or programs. All of your gifts and matching gifts to the university within the fiscal year count toward your giving society membership.

The University of Hartford recognizes essential donors in the community with three donor societies – the Red & White Society, the Founders’ Society, and the Rosen Society. Through their generous commitments members of these societies help the University of Hartford to accomplish its mission of providing a high-quality education in a student-oriented environment. Their substantial support sets the standard of giving for the institution. All Red & White Society, Founders’ Society, and Rosen Society members are listed each year in the University of Hartford Annual Report. Consider joining a society today!

Rosen Society:
The Rosen Society is named in honor of Bernard Rosen ’61, M’66, whose unbroken string of gifts to the University of Hartford has inspired generations of alumni to support their alma mater. Members of this society have made consecutive, fiscal year gifts to the University of Hartford for 5, 10, 15 and 20+ years.
