I am delighted that Ms. Pasquale has agreed to join our Board of Visitors. With her strong leadership experiences in high-profile settings and a background in nursing, Debra will make a superb addition to our external advisory team. I welcome her back to her alma mater and am looking forward to collaborating with Debra to benefit all of us in ENHP.

Ms. Pasquale began her career as a registered nurse, in critical care and then oncology research, at West Virginia University Medical Center and the National Institutes of Health, National Naval Medical Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Hartford and a Masters degree from Yale University.
Since moving to Connecticut 29 years ago, Debra has held senior executive positions with Visiting Nurse and Home Care, Inc., Connecticut United for Research Excellence, Inc, (CURE) and the American Red Cross. She has served on numerous public and not-for-profit Boards and Commissions, authored manuscripts and book chapters and held adjunct faculty positions. During a two-year term on the Farmington Town Council she spearheaded the town’s first-ever integrated strategic plan. Debra currently owns dkp Transition Services, LLC. In this capacity she provides management consulting for organizations in transition.
Debra’s professional passions are collaborative problem solving, public policy, and strategic planning, partnerships and restructuring. In her off hours, she treasures time with family and friends.
Pasquale will attend her first Board meeting January 19, 2012.
