Respiratory Care Program Accreditation Renewed

The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) voted on July 18, 2011 to award Continuing Accreditation to the BS Degree Respiratory Care Program in the College of Education, Nursing and Health Professions.  The recent accreditation review conducted by CoARC recognizes the program's compliance with the nationally established accreditation standards.  The next comprehensive evaluation of the program, including an on-site review, is scheduled to occur no later than 2021.

"This 10 year re-accreditation is a wonderful recognition of all those individuals involved in the Respiratory Care Program - the program faculty, our clinical site support staff, the Joint Advisory Committee, program graduates, and current program students. This re-accreditation clearly demonstrates that we have an outstanding program."
