The Women's Business Center (WBC) is an initiative of the Entrepreneurial Center at the University of Hartford. The WBC specializes in serving women in business. Our training and advising are focused on the learning styles, qualities, and particular needs that women bring to business.
Through business advising, technical assistance, trainings, mentoring programs, and networking events, we help small business owners and employees to gain the business skills needed to succeed in the marketplace.
In addition to the resources we have on site, business information and support are available on the SBA's main website, at the SBA's Office of Women's Business Ownership and at your local district office.
Join the thousands of women who have benefited from our programs!
The Entrepreneurial Center's Women's Business Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
All EC and WBC programs and services are provided on a nondiscriminatory basis.
Reasonable accommodations will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
Language assistance services are available for limited English proficient individuals.

Sometimes the best time to make a change is when things are at their worst. If that statement is true, then performing artist Anne Marie Williams has made it her theme song.
