QuickBooks Pro Accounting Software Training

Simplify bookkeeping and taxes by learning to utilize QuickBooks Pro in your business!   


The Entrepreneurial Center offers three valuable workshops that will get you set up on QuickBooks Pro and ready to start using it immediately.

QuickBooks Pro Fundamentals
Cost: $195, includes QuickBooks Guidebook

In this workshop you will:

  • Create a company file and set preferences
  • Navigate within QuickBooks
  • Create and manage a chart of accounts, items, customers, and vendors
  • Produce purchase orders, write checks and invoices
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
  • Generate management reports

If you have taken Fundamentals of QuickBooks Pro and are ready to create a company database, this workshop is for you. During this workshop, you will begin to set up your company in QuickBooks.

  • Create your own company database and chart of accounts
  • Create and use customer and vendor records/invoices/bills
  • Learn how to customize forms
  • Key company reports will be reviewed

  • Exchanging data between QuickBooks files

  • Exchanging data with the accountant
