Submissions Wanted for Aerie Literary Journal
The 2014 Aerie literary journal is accepting submissions of fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry, drama, and art until Friday, Oct. 11.
The journal aims to showcase the best of students’ work across campus. If students feel that they have written something they want to be published or shared with the rest of campus, then they should submit either up to 3,000 words of fiction or up to four pages of poetry through aeriejournal.com by Oct 11.
Students are also encouraged to submit 10-minute or one-act plays, as well as 1,500-word memoirs or personal essays. Any photography, watercolors, illustrations, painting, drawings, or pictures of 3D art are also welcomed with a deadline towards the end of October.
Aerie will also be holding events throughout the year in order to help make the journal happen. All students are invited to attend these events and be part of the journal’s production.
Copies of Aerie 2013 are available in Auerbach Hall in the English Department offices, outside Professor Benjamin Grossberg’s office.
