WWUH Exceeds Fund Raising Goal

WWUH 91.3 FM (online at www.wwuh.org), the University's public alternative radio station, raised more than $56,000 in last week's on-air fund raising marathon.

"We had pledges from close to 1,000 listeners in nine states and two foreign countries," said General Manager John Ramsey. "We are thrilled that we surpassed our goal of $55,000. The generosity of our listeners never ceases to amaze me."

Money raised by the marathon will go toward basic station operating expenses.
