President Harrison was also quoted in a story in the Tuesday, Jan. 17 edition of the Jewish Daily Forward about how college and university presidents who are Jewish balance their religious values with their responsibilities to their campus community. President Harrison was asked whether the Department of Education should expand its definition of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act to cover Jewish students, among other groups.
