Since Duncaster has partnered with the University of Hartford’s Center for Professional Development, it has shown a commitment to our leadership team that Duncaster is determined to invest in the development of its leaders. The response has been positive for the participants since we are providing them with tools that they can use to develop themselves as well as the employees on their team.
It is working to improve communication between the various departments, which has enhanced the supportive team structure across all department lines that we continue to strive for by being a resource to each other. Participants are working towards a goal of successfully completing their certificate program that in the end will make them feel proud to be represented as the Leaders at Duncaster.
