Annette Rogers has completed the course work, had her dissertation accepted by the University of Hartford's Department of Education Leadership, and received her Doctor of Education (Ed.D) degree with a specialization in education leadership. Annette did it the hard way, working full time as Assistant Dean of the Barney School and doing her doctorate course work at the same time. Congratulations Annette!
