Parking

Commuter students must purchase a parking permit to park at the University of Hartford. Students must go online to the Public Safety website for details on the parking registration process and to complete the registration form. Permits can be purchased for the full academic year, September 1 through August 31, or for the semester. For the 2010–2011 academic year, parking will be $75 for the full year or $45 for one semester. Students will be given a copy of Your Car on Campus when they purchase their parking permits. Students should read this document for specific information about permit placement and which parking lots their permits will allow them to use.

Parking fines range from $25 to $100. Students parking on campus without a permit or parking in a lot for which their permit does not qualify them will be ticketed by Public Safety.
