New Lessons in Leadership from the Savannah
Thursday, Nov. 8, 6 p.m.
Presenter: Alden Davis
Up Your Leadership Game the Safe-ari™ Way. Join us for a great event in “sociobiomimicry,” as together we learn leadership from the animals. In 1997, Janine Benyus introduced us to “biomimicry,” looking to nature to solve engineering problems. The animals in the Savannah have developed refined strategies over time to manage risk and harm. Find out what the baboons, cape buffalo, zebras, impalas, elephants, and ducks can teach you about leadership. This engaging, interactive, and fun workshop will help you refresh your leadership agenda, strengthen your voice, identify your leadership team, and hone your “early warning” skills.

This interactive workshop will explore techniques for managing multiple priorities and effectively evaluating situations.

A Reality Guide to Sales
Thursday, Nov. 29, 6–8 p.m.
Presenter: Fred Ventresca
You know what you’re let’s coach you up like a seasoned Fortune 500 pro! Learn about best practices and the real-world issues that drive sales success or failure. Change your perspective, ignite your sales efforts, and kick-start your growth action plan.

Craft your Powerful Leadership Story
Thursday, Dec. 13, 6–8 p.m.
Presenter: Bridget Brown
The use of storytelling can change a company’s culture and dictate one’s leadership legacy. While leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs may understand the need to tell stories, they may not grasp how vital it is to do it purposefully and in a way that sticks. After all, if the stories don't stick, they will not trickle down to the very people that do the work, retain the customers, and march the company forward. As millennials are looking for inspiration and companies are looking to decrease turnover, telling the right story to your employees is the very thing that will grow your business and seal your legacy.

Register online or call 860.768.5681. All workshops take place at 222 Pitkin Street, East Hartford, Conn.
