Heather L. Fraser '99

Heather FraserHeather L. Fraser is a highly successful project manager in the field of architecture and planning. She has been with Equinox in New York City since 2015, most recently as a senior project manager. Fraser has also worked as a project architect for Martinez + Johnson Architecture (2011–15), JCJ Architecture (2008–10), and Butler Rogers-Baskett (2004–09). Her specialties include work with construction, administration, education, and the performing arts.

Fraser is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the American Institute of Architects. She is a planning committee member for Professional Women in Construction. Fraser has been a registered architect in New York since 2007, and has been a LEED accredited professional since 2006.

At UHart, Fraser served as treasurer (2009–12) on the Alumni Association Board of Directors; was a member of the Board of Visitors for the College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture (ending in 2016); and served as an Express to Success mentor. As a student, she served on the Ward College of Technology Student Council and was a member of Delta Gamma and Tau Alpha Phi.

Fraser earned a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering technology from UHart in 1999 and a master’s degree from Syracuse University in 2002. She resides in New York City.
