TracDat is a web-based reporting and data management system the University uses for managing, tracking, and reporting on program student-learning outcomes assessment. This document provides information about the meaning of terms you will see in TracDat and the kinds of information you will enter in TracDat to develop the annual report of program student-learning outcomes. The document content is organized under the Tabs and Sub-Tabs that you will see when you log into TracDat.
To access TracDat, go to http://tracdat.hartford.edu/tracdat/ (copy and paste the url). Once there, you will see the login screen. To login, enter your TracDat username and password. Please note that your username is the first part of your University email account. If you forget your password, contact the University TracDat administrator: NAME AND EMAIL.
