Clearing the Browser Cache (Windows)

When you visit a website, your browser takes a "snapshot" of it and stores the files in a temporary folder so it will load faster the next time you visit the site. Generally, this is a nice feature, however, it can cause issues when you try to log into a website.

For example, if you entered the wrong PIN to access the Self Service Center, you will see an Authorization Failure page. When you try to log in again, even with the correct credentials, you still might see the Authorization Failure page because your browser "remembers" that website.

Please follow these instructions to clear the browser cache. This may solve the problem.
