Spring 2018 Scheduled Payment Due Dates

Registration fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.  Miscellaneous student fees, laboratory fees and technology fees are not refundable after the first week of classes.

Full-time undergraduate student tuition and fees for the Spring 2018 term are due and payable January 6, 2018. E-billing statements for students registered full time will be available to view and pay December 7, 2017.

Part-time students who do not have outstanding financial obligations to the University may register for Spring 2018 courses by submitting completed registration materials, the $30.00 nonrefundable registration fee, and tuition and fees according to one of the following payment schedules:

  • Students who register on or before December 6, 2017, will be billed for one-half tuition and additional fees, if applicable. In this case, payment of this portion is due on or before January 6, 2018. The remainder is due on or before February 14, 2018.
  • Students who register after December 6, 2017, but on or before January 6, 2018 must remit one-half tuition and additional fees, if applicable, on or before January 6, 2018.  They will not be billed; instead, if registering in person, they will be advised of the amount they owe. Students should be able to view current term charges on the Self-Service Center after December 6, 2017.  The remainder of tuition is due February 14, 2018.
  • Students registering after January 6, 2018, are expected to pay one-half tuition and applicable fees at the time of registration.  The remainder is due February 14, 2018.

Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal from classes. Requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Student Administrative Services Center (SASC).  They are official as of the date they are received, and tuition adjustments for courses are made in accordance to the university published refund policy based on full payment of tuition prior to withdrawal.
