Document and Images that have been uploaded into CMS can updated. It is easier to replace the existing file, instead of creating and uploading a new document. Once you have edited the original document or image do the following to replace it:
- Navigate to the file or image to update.
- Select the Asset Action Toolbar > Edit
- Images open in the Built-in Image Editor.
- PDFs open in a preview window.
- Select Browse icon and locate the updated file on your computer.
- Click Submit to replace the old file with he new one.
