Tech Savvy is a day-long conference for 6th – 9th-grade girls to provide them with first-hand experiences demonstrating how science, technology, engineering, and math can lead to exciting careers.

In 2016, I ran a session entitled “How do we count the number of jaguars in a rainforest?”

This year the session focused on exploring how to determine if there was a winning strategy for several deceptively simple two-person games.
